Macondo
Restaurant Macondo is a Batu word for banana, a word from jungle people. This fine dining restaurant offers an atmosphere filled with art, a little piece of the jungle where you can come and enjoy a drink, great company, live music, and if you dare, an alpaca meat loaf! Located on a street close to San Blas, if you are looking for a cool place to dine, Macondo is the place to be.

Granja Heidi
This restaurant is located on a hilly street on the way to San Blas and has a homey atmosphere and the food “tastes the way my mother makes it”. The combination of German and Peruvian food offers a wide variety of menu options including mouth- watering desserts and hot chocolate to finish off a perfect steak dinner. Heidi is actually the name of the mule and not the owner- haha- and tourists boast that Heidi’s has the best breakfast in town.
